Heels are a necessity for many women, at some point in their lives. Available in a variety of styles, shapes and sizes, heels have the power to transform a lady from drab to classy. It all depends on how one walks in them. Below are various tips on how to walk in heels.

1. Choose a pair you love  

It is important to love the heels before you wear them. It helps create a connection of comfort and also eases tension that comes with the fear of accidents. Just be sure they're the right size, if you're nervous about starting with the stilettos, you always start out with wedges.

2. Take alternative rests

As much as possible, find time to sit when wearing heels. It helps to rest the legs and prevents eventual cramping.  It also helps to restore comforts to your legs when you sit for a while. Sitting on heels are also a gorgeous way to show off your legs. The important thing is to get the sitting please your ostyure your  body

3. Understand your  body

Walking gracefully  in heels is a head-to-toe experience. Relax your hips and knees, engage your abs, keep your shoulders back, and hold your head high. It might seem impossible at first, but you'll eventually find your rhythm.

 4. Start with mild steps

Take care not to extend yourself too much with long, quick strides. Wearing heels naturally makes your stride shorter, so you'll need to take more steps than usual.

 5. Practice repeatedly

The only  way you're going to master the art of the high heels is to practice. Wear them around your home whenever possible and don't be afraid to venture out in public once in a while. Getting out of the house in your heels makes you extra aware of your posture, stride and technique, and it never hurts to take notes on how other women are walking.
